out obligations of state governments protected by International law. Some are critical of
their bias representation of western beliefs.

Human Rights Norms
Represent ways of living instilled in culture.
Based on moral principles that underpin universally accepted HR standards. UDHR
statements are generally accepted as HR norms but it is a non-binding resolution.
