Shifts in the Aggregate Demand Curve
- A change in Price Level will cause a movement along the AD curve, whereas a change in any other influence will cause the AD curve to shift outwards to the left (decrease) or right (increase)
- A change in any of the determinants of any of the components of AD will cause a shift of the AD curve
